Ropapa Mensah Relieved To Have Avoided The Drop

Celebrated attacker for Inter Allies, Ropapa Mensah has expressed his relief after surviving relegation at the end of the seasons .


The talented attacker for the Eleven is To One revealed having nightmares during their tight battle against the drop but is now relieved having stayed up at the end of the season.


The lanky centre forward commended the mental toughness of his playing colleagues for their successful campaign against the drop but was quick to credit the club’s fan based too.


Speaking on their campaign at the end of the season , Ropapa Mensah credited the entire Inter Allies set up for their league status but pledged to build on their strong end to the season.


“It has not been easy for us as club but we finally sailed through.

“We started on a different note but lost our focus along the line.

“I personally had sleepless night because of our position but our mental setup saw us through .

“ It has been a collective effort from every body related to Inter Allies and it is only good to acknowledge every single soul linked to the club” Ropapa Mensah briefed Sports Crusader.


The former Under 20 Stars played a crucial role for the Tema based topflight side as they maintained their premier league with a final day 1-1 score line in Dormaa.


Inter Allies avoided the drop just by one point having traded Herbert Addo for Jimmy Corblah at the dugout midway through the season.
