The race for the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League’s ultimate trophy has taken another turn as league leaders, Wa All Stars were beaten by relegation-threatened Liberty Professionals by a Latif Blessing first half goal.
Accra Hearts of Oak saw their title dreams reignited as they beat Ebusua Dwarfs by one goal to nil at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Aduana Stars showed their class as they defeated Techiman City by an emphatic four goals to nil to put them level on points with Wa All Stars. This sets up a fascinating clash in week 29 as they (All Stars and Aduana) both go head-to-head in the battle of the ‘Stars’ in Wa.
That match could potentially decide the champions of the Ghana Premier League for the 2015/16 season.
