Ghana youngster, Yaw Yeboah has said he won’t relinquish his ambition of breaking into Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City team upon return from his loan spell.
Yeboah, who is perceived to be a star in the making for the national team after receiving a debut call-up into the Black Stars, is currently on loan at Dutch Club, FC Twente.
The product of the fruitful Right to Dream Football Academy in an interview with goal.com said he hopes his performance in the Eredivise catches the attention of Guardiola when he returns from his loan spell.
“My aim is to continue working hard and playing my best and scoring if there is a chance to score. I want to keep up the performance and hope that the club continues to win more games.
“I’m working so hard, so I could play for one of the best teams in the world. My focus is to play every game and to score. After that, Manchester City will make a decision or I may join any team that wants me.
“I’m working to get a chance at Manchester City, but it also depends on the coach. If they feel I’m ready for City’s first team, I will come. I’m always ready to play to the highest level I could get.”
