Austria: Samuel Tetteh Debuts In Leifering Win

Black Stars wide man, Samuel Tetteh, made his long-awaited debut for Austrian side, Leifering, in the opening matches of the Bundesliga.

The former West African Football Academy (WAFA SC) attacker joined the senior team of the club, Salzburg, in the off-season but has since been farmed out to the second tier side.

The Ghanaian flourished in his debut game for the club with his quick feet and pace down the flanks.

Tetteh lasted 71 minutes on the pitch alongside compatriot, Lawrence Atti Ziggi, in a crucial 1-0 over Horn.

The 20-year-old made his way into the annals of Ghana football last season after featuring for all the male national teams in one year.

The former WAFA SC attacker pocketed 4 goals in his 13 league appearance for then John Killa’s men.
