The Black Satellites of Ghana missed out on qualification to the 2017 Africa Youth Championship in Zambia despite winning 1-0 against Senegal on Friday at the Cape Coast Stadium.
Charles Boateng’s lone goal against Senegal on Friday was not enough to seal qualification for Ghana as they exit on a 3-2 aggregate.
In a post match interview with the press Ghana’s Coach,Ghana sports, Ghana football news,Black satellite news, Ghana black satellite news, Ghana Black satellite latest news, Ghana football Association news, Ghana vs Senegal news, Ghana vs Senegal news latest news Mas-Ud Dramani said : “It is very disappointing. We came in to score as many goals as we can but unfortunately we couldn’t. We came in to score more and avoid conceding,” Dramani told the media after the game.
“We did one aspect by not conceding but we couldn’t score more than one goal as we expected.
“My players are let down but that is football. We hope for the best in the near future”.
