Traguil Dismisses Hearts Players" Shambolic Play

Sergio Traguil, Hearts of Oak head coach, has lashed out at his team for their poor performance against Ashgold in their matchday 22 duel.

The Phobians’ head coach bemoaned his players’ poor performance at home yet again, as they were held to a 1-1 draw by an impressive Ashgold side.

Traguil, who didn’t mince words during his post-match interview, tore into the team for their abysmal performance, but hopes they can put up an improved showing in their next game and for the rest of the season.

He said, “It’s a reflection of the intensity of the game [the one-all result]. We’re trying to risk a little bit more but anytime that we do, we tend to create a problem for ourselves.”

“We started very well but after 10-15 minutes, our performance was too awful, but I hope the team will retaliate with a good performance in our next game [against WAFA],” he added.

Hearts, with the point earned, stay on top, with nearest competitors, Wa All Stars and Kumasi Asante Kotoko all tasting away defeats against Inter Allies and New Edubiase respectively.
