Dennis Appiah, a French-born Ghanaian, who recently joined Anderlecht from Caen, lasted the full duration while Frank Acheampong came on in the final 20 minutes of the game.
Compatriot, Emmanuel Agyei Sowah, watched proceedings from the bench after his promotion to the senior side.
Anderlecht will next host the Russians in a bid to book a place in the group stages of the UEFA Champions League.
