Ghanaian international Quincy Owusu Abeyie has joined Eredivisie side NEC Nijmegen on a year deal.
The 30 year-old had a successful trail with the club and joins them after his contract expired with Portuguese side Boavista.
The former Arsenal player also had a successful spell with Greek side Panathinaikos having made 43 appearances and scoring five goals.
The former Black Stars player was part of the squad that made Ghana proud at the 2010 World Cup in South Africa having reached the quarter finals of the competition.
