Ghanaian Class one referee Isaac Offei has died mysteriously in motor accident on Tuesday afternoon in Koforidua.
The referee was slated to officiate tomorrow’s midweek action in the Ghana Premier league match(Week 22) between Dreams FC and Brekum Chelsea’s match at Dawu.
The referee, affectionately called ‘Sakora’ who was having his usual jogging between the Adukrom and Koforidua stretch, faced his untimely death when a 307 benz bus with registration number ER4212C run over him.
His remains has been deposited at the Tetteh Quarshie Memorial Hospital at Mampong Akuapem in the Eastern Region.
