Leicester City are hoping to seal a deal for Manchester United’s Midfielder Andreas Pereira who will surely be axed by Mourinho.
According to The Sun, the current champions are very interested in signing the Brazilian youngster on a permanent deal while a United source states many clubs are interested in the highly rated 20 year old.
It’s been all change at Manchester United this summer with new signings Eric Bailly, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Henrikh Mkhitaryan following new manager Jose Mourinho to Manchester.
However, with even more players set to arrive at Old Trafford, it is inevitable some of the current squad will have to move on as Mourinho decides who will be part of his plans.
It remains to be seen if the young talent is part of the manager’s first team plans. While the midfielder will be hoping to prove his worth during the pre season tour of China, a move to champions Leicester City with Champions League football on offer, might be too much to resist.
Talks are planned this week between Pereira and Mourinho to discuss the Brazilian’s possible inclusion in the Brazil squad for the upcoming Olympic games. The midfielder’s future at the club should become clearer also.
