Accra Hearts of Oak striker Cosmos Dauda will not be available for their Ghana Premier League (GPL) week 20 fixture against Berekum Chelsea at the Accra sports stadium on Wednesday.
The 22-year-old suffered a knock a after scoring the only goal of the game against Sekondi Hasaacas at the Essipong Stadium on Sunday as he limped off the field of play.
In an interview with Kumasi based radio station Nyhira Fm, Dauda said ” i cant play on Wednesday against Berekum Chelsea but hoping i can make it on Sunday against Kotoko”.
Coach Sergio Tragiul will be hoping to have his top scorer back to full fitness before their crucial hurdle at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday against their bitter rivals Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
Dauda joined Hearts of Oak from division two side Tudu Mighty Jets is currently the Club’s leading scorer with eight goals
