Wa All Stars midfielder Mohammed Armando is unfazed by the opposition from Berekum Chelsea ahead of their clash in the final matches of the first half of the season.
The Ghana Youth international midfield prodigy envisaged another three points for the leaders after a hard earned win over Kumasi Asante Kotoko ahead of the trip.
Mohammed Armando, whose season has been checkered by national assignment believes their current form will be too much for Berekum Chelsea to contain as they look to consolidate their place at the top of the log.
Wa All Stars could end the first round as league leaders if they avoid defeat away to Solomon Odwo and his blues at the Golden City Park.
Speaking to sports crusader ahead of the last hurdles in the first round of the season, the Wa All Stars talented midfielder remains confident the table toppers will end a run of seven matches without a win away to Berekum Chelsea.
“Our record at Berekum Chelsea reads no win in seven attempts and that is not good for us if we are to end the first half of the season on top of the log.
We have to end that run at the Golden City on Sunday and confirm our place without relying on any assistance elsewhere.
To be the best we have no option but to beat those around us and that include beating Chelsea.
We acknowledge the quality of players they have but our form in the last few matches will see us through”, Armando told sports crusader.
Wa All Stars sits atop of the division with 25 points but could drop out of the top four with defeat away to Chelsea on Sunday.
The visitors record of one draw and six defeats in seven attempts however need to improved if they are to change the routine.
