Gideon Baah Ruled Out For 5 Months

Ghana’s Gideon Baah has suffered another setback in his MLS career as he broke his tibiain on Sunday when his club New York Red Bulls drew 0-0 with the Portland Timbers.


 


His club revealed on Monday that their prominent acquisition will miss four to five months of action.


Baah who has missed large chunks of the season to injury, firstly sustained an hamstring injury in March and now with another injury which occurred 22 minutes into the game on Sunday.


 


Baah in 2009 suffered a very terrible injury in the Ghana Premier league when he was playing for Kumasi Asante Kotoko which ruled him out for almost a year.

Damien Perrinelle is expected to replace Baah  as he made his 2016 debut on Sunday.
