Black Stars quintet of Baba Rahman, Emmanuel Agyemang- Badu, Jordan Ayew, Frank Acheampong and Quincy Owusu returned to the Team Of The Week after their respective exploits with their clubs in off season.
Ayew registered a goal and an assist to guide Aston Villa to a 2-1 win over Telford United as they maintained their impressive off-season form in the US.
The Aston Villa forward is flanked up-front by Quincy Owusu Abeyie and Frank Acheampong whiles Afriyie Acquah partners Kamal Issah and Agyemang- Badu in midfield.
Patrick Kpozo and Baba Mensah man the central defence with Dennis Appiah and Baba Rahman handling the rearguards.
