The national under 20 team of Ghana,the Black Satellites where beaten by Senegal by 3-1 in the first leg of the Africa Youth Championships qualifier on Saturday.
Young Lions of Teranga gained huge advantage when Ibrahima Niane scored three for the home side ahead of the reverse fixture in Ghana.
Ghana’s consolation came through Striker Jonathan Osabutey who kept Ghana’s dream alive.
The 2009 World Champions have a huge task to eliminate their counterparts in other to progress to the next round.
Ghana will need to record at least two unanswered goals in the second leg tie in other progress to the 2017 Africa Youth Championship in Zambia.
The Black Satellites secured third position at the last AYC championships that was held in Senegal in 2015 and will be looking to secure a spot in Zambia
