Aduana Stars prolific striker, Yahya Mohammed has revealed winning the league title and goal king crown remains his top most target for the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League (GPL) season.
The former Kumasi Asante Kotoko forward has found his scoring boots after starting the league season poorly; he now boasts of leading the goal scorers chart as well as an
average of a goal in a game (he has scored nine goals in nine games).
The experienced bulky striker in an interview with Capital television revealed his personal and team target for the season still remains unchanged – a second league title and goal scorers crown.
“My target for the season is to win the goal scorers boot once again as I did with Kotoko as it is the dream of every striker to wear the goal king crown besides that scoring goals make me happy,” he said.
“I also want to win the the league crown with Aduana Stars as the best players in the league all ply their trade here and we are buoyed by the fact that we want to make history,” he added.
Aduana Stars has been one of the best performing teams of the ongoing GPL season after a poor start and lie third on the log with 19 points, two off the leaders Hearts of Oak.
