Hearts of Oak could secure the signature of Sadick Adams by close of next week, Sportscrusader.com can confirm.
The Phobians had their bid for the former Black Starlets striker rejected , but Chelsea gave them the greenlight to speak to the player.
According to Sportscrusader.com sources, there have been meetings between the player and management of Hearts but a deal is yet to be agreed, though the 26-year-old is ready to join the Phobians.
Negotiations between Adams and Hearts will continue today at the club’s secretariat and the club is confident the meeting scheduled for this afternoon will yield positive results.
Sources have gone as far as saying Adams will be Hearts player next week, though sources close to player are unwilling to disclose how soon the deal will be done.
The player close alleys say the doors of the Black Stsrs ‘B’ skipper are open to all clubs including Dreams FC, Asante Kotoko, Aduana Stars and other foreign clubs who have shown interest in his services.
Despite the confidence of Hearts of Oak, should they fail to reach an agreement, he will move to another club according sources within Berekum Chelsea.
Officials of the club says they ‘have the interest of Sadick at heart’ and will do all they can to give him the best opportunity to explore his talent to the world like he showed in 2007.
