Soulama Reveals Saddest Day Of His Life

Hearts of Oak goalkeeper, Soulama Abdoulaye has revealed that Monday May 2, 2016 is the saddest day of his life.

The Burkinabe’s howler was the headline as Kotoko triumphed over their bitter rivals at the Accra Sports Stadium.

His miserable day got worse when he was red carded for fouling Dauda Mohammed when the striker was in an obvious goal scoring opportunity.

‘’Yesterday was my saddest day but I believe it’s part of football and I will get over it soon,’’ Soulama told Accra-based Happy FM.

‘’I have been having nightmares, I am really down though the players, the management and the coaches have encouraged me I still cannot raise myself up. I don’t know how I can even train in the coming days.

‘’I am a true professional and I will not go and take money from Kotoko, everyone knows the circumstances that led to me quitting Kotoko so why will I go back to them and take money. Yesterday was a bad day.’’ he said.

Soulama Abdulaye joined Hearts from Kotoko last year, and immediately stamped his authority as the first choice goalkeeper of the Phobians.
