Three Players Could Debut For Hearts of Oak On Sunday

New Coach of Accra Hearts of Oak,  Sergio Traguil could hand debuts to three of their latest signings when they play Dreams FC on Sunday as the second round of the Ghana Premier League (GPL) begins this weekend.

Razak Patrick and Kassenu Ghandi could make their debut for the Phobians having joined the club in the second transfer window as could Macou Badu who was promoted from the youth side.

All three players have been in training with the Phobians at their Legon Ajax Park training ground since the first round of the seasons ended, and, could be handed a role against the league debutants.

Midfielder Patrick Razak was signed from Division One outfit Tamale Utrecht and, has been very impressive at the Hearts training grounds with some deft touches and moves.

Ghandi, a member of Ghana’s 2009 FIFA U-20 World Cup has settled in well among his new colleagues and, could be picked for the left back position ahead of those he is in competition with.

Macou Badu has also looked sharp in training and, although still learning his trade, has put in a strong case for selection ahead of Sunday’s game at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Hearts will also welcome back Thomas Abbey, Samudeen Ibrahim, Inusah Musah and Owusu Bempah who have all recovered from separate injuries and are ready to go this second round.

The new Portuguese coach will therefore have a tough job on hand in picking his team for the game as Hearts go in search of the three points that could send them top of the ladder if other results go their way.
