New Edubiase United FC have been declared losers of their Ghana Premier League (GPL) Match day 25 match against Techiman City FC for fielding an unqualified player.
This means Techiman City have been awarded three points and goals and have moved to the 10th position of the GPL standings.
The Disciplinary Committee upheld Techiman City’s protest in respect of the said match which has seen New Edubiase FC also fined GHC5000.00
New Edubiase player, Christopha Agbashie ,was found ineligible in the said game after accumulating a number of yellow cards, but evidence of the player being fielded in the match made the decision upheld.
