Ghana’s sole representative in the track and field department of the Paralympics in Rio, Yussif Amadu is vigorously preparing for the the Paralympic Games in Rio that kick-starts on September 7, 2016.
The video below is a training session he had in Wa, and has since moved to Accra for camping, with the hope of joining his colleagues, Alem Mumuni and Charles Teye Narh, who are preparing for the games in San Diego, USA.
