Bernard Morrison Marks PSL Debut In Pirates Win

South Africa-based Ghanaian forward, Bernard Morrison,  marked his long-awaited debut for Orlando Pirates in a heavy win for the Buccaneers.

The former Ashgold attacker dazzled fans at the Ellis Park in the 45 minutes spent on the field before making way for Thabo Qalinge at the start of the second half.

A blistering treble from Tendai Ndoro powered Pirates into a 3-1 win over the helpless Arrows in the opening fixtures of the season.

Morrison joined the Soweto giants in the summer transfer window from the Ivorian top flight after just one season with AS Vita.

Compatriot, Edwin Gyimah has lasted the full throttle for the Buccaneers in the opening matches of the season.

The duo missed out on the season’s curtain raiser with Kaiser Chiefs  that has John Painstil on their technical bench.

Pirates surged to the top of the log with the handsome win after just one game into the season.
