National Women League (NWL) top scorer, Priscilla Adubea has set a 20 goal barrier for herself at the end of the campaign.
The Ampem Daakoa prolific forward has already registered13 strikes in the first half of the season but remains confident she will finish the season with 20 plus goals.
The national under 20 women’s team sensational forward accepted the challenge posed her by other rivals but reveals drawing motivation from her personal target at the end of the season.
The rampant forward rose to prominence with seven goals in two games before an injury set back derailed her goal tally in the next few matches.
The 16 year old hot shot currently leads the entire goals scoring chart in the country alongside Diewusu Taylor of Karela FC with her 13 goals in the first half of the campaign.
Speaking to www.Sportscrusader.com on her scary goal scoring form, Adubea said, “My first round hasn’t been bad at all with an impressive 13 goals in my name. I could not have asked for more but my personal target of 20 goals before the start of the season can now be improved upon. With determination and a focused mind, I can easily break the 20 goal barrier”.
The Ampem Darkoa rampant attacker added, ” I am doing what I love to do best – playing football and scoring goals. A very good season with my club will definitely help me at the Women’s Under 20 World Cup when we kick off our campaign”.
Priscilla Adobea has been tipped by pundits of the game for global fame with her unrelenting taste for goals and an outstanding vision with or without the ball.
