Italy based Ghanaian youngster Randsford Selasie has sealed a place in the Serie A play off promotion final with his Pescara side.
The 20-year-old midfielder came off the bench to steer his promotion chasing side to a heavy 4-2 win over Novara.
Pescara booked their place in the play off final showdown with a commanding 6-2 aggregate win over the hapless Novara side ahead of their crunch meeting with Trapani for a place in the Serie A next season.
Randsford Selasie came off the bench in the 55th minute to power Pescara to a commanding win over Novara and send shivers down the spine of Trapani before their showdown.
The midfielder has registered 20 appearances this season for the Serie B high fliers that missed out on an automatic promotion to the top-flight behind Trapani and Crotone.
A win over Trapani will seal top-flight football in Italy for Randsford Selasie and increase the growing number of Ghanaian players in the Serie A that already includes Agyemang Badu, Kwadwo Asamoah, Yussif Chibsah, Isaac Coffie, Alfred Duncan and Afriyie Acquah.
