Inter Allies attacked Ropapa Mensah has revealed his excitement at winning the club’s player of the first round of the season.
The lanky attacker excelled for the Eleven is to one in the opening 15 matches to earn himself an individual accolade as the most parading player for the Tema based premier league side.
The trickery attacker held off competition from a number of Star performers for Jimmy Corbblah’s men headlined by Gorkel Ahotor to land the fan’s player award at the end of the first half of the season.
The Black Satellites centre forward pledged to build on the fans recognition and steer his club up the log when the second round commences.
” It is an award that means a lot to me and my career. It tells me I have so many fans behind me monitoring my performances on weekly basis.
It will also boost my confidence in the coming round because my performance dropped in the latter stags of the first round”, Ropapa Mensah told sports crusader.
Inter Allies zoomed out of the drop zone with a very strong end to the opening half that includes a 3-1 thumping of Berekum Chelsea.
