Captain Asamoah Gyan says the Black Stars will up their performance in the return leg of the 2018 World Cup qualifier against Comoros.

Ghana were held to a goalless draw by Comoros in the first leg clash played on Friday in Moroni.

The Black Stars clearly struggled to assert themselves with the artificial pitch in Moroni clearly having an effect on the team.

But captain Asamoah Gyan who came on in the dying minutes of the goalless draw says fans should expect a massive response from the side on Tuesday.

“The fans should expect a good performance, that’s the most important thing,” he said.

“We are playing to qualify but first of all, we’ll make sure we put in a very good performance to make them happy.

“We know we were not up to the task in the first game so we will make sure we turn things around.”
