Appiah Works Out In Readiness For June Allstar Match
Ghana’s unity ambassador, Stephen Appiah took part in the session to get in shape as he readies to lead out a team of ex-footballers when the unity match 2016 gets underway in June.
The former Black Stars skipper who was officially unveiled during the unity match 2016 launch at the Banquet Hall of the State House is championing a crusade to promote peace as Ghana goes to the poll on November, 2016.
Appiah believes the nation has been helpful and supportive during his playing career and as a result wants to replicate the love shown him and in so doing with the support of event organisers,Primeval media, a team of former footballers will arrive in the country to play a Kumasi Asante Kotoko team at the Baba Yara sports stadium on the 8th of June and then take on the Black Stars at the Accra sports stadium on June 11.
Primeval media revealed within the next few months Stephen Appiah will hold several events before the match on June.
