Hearts retains full confidence in stuttering coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi

Hearts of Oak insist they have full confidence in coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi to become an instant success at the club.

The Japanese trainer is still in search of his first win since taking up the job with the Phobians three months ago.

Hearts have endured significant defeats in their pre-season preparations against WAFA and Libyan club Al Ahli.

Most of the club’s fans are concerned about the competence of Kenichi Yatsuhashi in their desperation to avoid the side’s poor form displayed last term where they almost got relegated.

But the club’s spokesman Kwame Opare Addo remains adamant of Hearts’ full backing to the coach.

“We are confident coach Keni will be successful but he needs the support of all,” he said.

“You can bring in a Jose Mourinho but without the needed support, he will fail.

“Jones Attuquayefio was successful because he enjoyed overwhelming support.

“So we are confident that with the support from all our new coach will be successful.”
