OFFICIAL: Ghana Defender Nana Kwasi Asare Extends KAA Gent Stay




High-flying Ghana defender, Nana Akwasi Asare has signed a two-year contract extension with Belgian champions KAA Gent.



 Asare joined the Buffalos from Dutch side FC Utrecht in 2013 and has gone on to become the club’s deputy captain with consistent performances.



He has has played 20 league matches this season and featured in every single match in the club’s UEFA Champions League campaign.


The 29 year old joined the Buffalos in 2013 from Dutch side FC Uttrecht and he has been one of the standout players for the side


Asare who is a product of the defunct Goamoah Feteh Acdemy in Ghana has made 20 appearances and also played in all the games in the club’s UEFA champions league campaign.
