Former Arsenal Defender Presents A Club Regalia To Ex-President Kufuor
Former Arsenal defender, Sulzeer Jeremiah Campbell popularly referred to as Sol Campbell paid an official courtesy call on ex-president Kufuor on Monday at his residence.
The former Tottenham defender who arrived in Ghana on Sunday evening will team up with former Ghanaian international and captain, Stephen Appiah to officially launch the Unity match slated for June this year.
Campbell who stands at 6ft 2in tall, presented a replica of an Arsenal Puma branded kit for the 2015/16 season in a golden frame. The jersey was autographed as a memorabilia for the former Ghanaian head of state.
Ex-president Kufuor expressed delight at receiving the gift though he acknowledged his love for premier league rivals and 20-times English premier league champions, Manchester United.
