Former Asante Kotoko player, Godwin Ablordey has mentioned that he is not ready for mainstream coaching adding that he is gradually learning the ropes.
Ablordey is was one of Ghana’s best all-time penalty takers, mentioned that he’s nowhere close to his coaching dream as he’s now learning and understudying senior coaches. Ablordey made this disclosure after guiding the Libya squad to triumph over their counterparts who won the FirsTrust G-6 tournament.
He took charge of the Asante Kotoko Libya squad last Sunday as they triumphed over their counterparts who won the FirsTrust G-6 tournament.
“I’ve just started although I have a Confederation of African Football (CAF) Coaching License. I’ve License B but it’s too early to say I’m going into coaching. I’ve been learning under the coaches.”
“I learnt under Maxwell Konadu, Didi Dramani and I’m still learning under David Duncan. With time, I will get there. I’ve to try and get License A and progress further” Godwin Ablordey mentioned.
