Ahead of the club’s participation in the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League season, Dreams FC has taken delivery of six sets of football kits from leading kit manufacturer Nike.
The gesture according to a top executive of Nike, Tina Selminen, is a confirmation of the firm’s pledge to support the growth of the sport in Africa and hence the decision to partner Dreams FC, a club known for it’s undiluted devotion and passion to nurture young talents into household names – typical examples of such include Chelsea’s Baba Rahman, Al Ahly’s John Antwi and Standard Liege’s Benjamin Tetteh.
Nike has since 2013 sponsored all international products of the club with Emmanuel Adjei Sowah who recently signed for Belgium’s Royal Anderlecht being the latest addition to the Nike family at Dreams FC.
Receiving the items, President Jiji Alifoe who heads the club’s scouting activities could not hide his joy for the honour done the club.
He revealed the club was humbled to be spotted by the manufacturing giants for it’s good works regardless of the few years in existence.
“We will continue to search for great talents in the game of football.”

He did not mince words in recognizing the contribution of the American apparel firm to the growth of the sport on the continent.
“This presentation means a lot, not just to the club but Ghana and Africa as a whole.
”It clearly shows that Nike also represents an African interest and again, it shows Nike as an international firm places a lot of premium on football on the continent.
“As we strive for greater heights, we believe these products from Nike will go a long way to further enhance not just our outward appeal, but also our productivity on the pitch.
Meanwhile Dreams FC have already secured partnerships with three corporate bodies in Ghana – EMWL Microfinance Services, Rich-Dons Services Catering Services & M-Vision Entertainment.
