Former Board member of Accra Hearts of Oak, Harry Zakkour has revealed that he sold his house in East Legon, a suburb of Accra to raise money to fund the club.
The 20-times Ghana Premier league champions have struggled to gain grounds in the country’s flagship competition and fans have called on Togbe Afede to leave.
Togbe Afede XI V in return dared Hearts’ fans to pay him off and take over their club. And Harry Zakkour, who was part of the board that led the club to conquer Africa has told him to leave the club without his money because he sold his house to fund the club and has not gotten his money.
“Togbe is the main problem of Accra Hearts of Oak. He says we should pay him and take over our club if he is the problem, but he has forgotten many of us spent money in the club before he came. He should leave the club and come queue behind me and wait for his money,” Harry Zakkour told Happy FM.
“Does he think we were making money when we were running the club. He doesn’t even know I sold my house at East Legon because of Accra Hearts of Oak.
“He should leave the club and come queue for his money.” He said.
Former Board members of the Oak tree has been spilling their venom since Gerald Ankrah resigned on Monday.
